Inside the SoulFit Wellness Center — And What’s Coming Next…
I've been trying to find the right words for what happened at our Wellness Center Open House.
I'm not sure words are fully adequate. But I'm going to try.
The SoulFit Wellness Center
How It Started
A few weeks ago I invited participants from our Nourish & Restore cooking class and our Me’Fulness in Motion yoga sessions to come experience the SoulFit Wellness Center. No formal agenda. No presentation. Just an open invitation to come in, explore, and receive.
I wanted them to feel it for themselves. Because there are some things you simply cannot describe — you have to experience them.
What unfolded over the course of that afternoon was more beautiful than anything I could have scripted.
What's Inside the Wellness Center
For those who haven't visited yet, the SoulFit Wellness Center is a dedicated restorative space I've curated with intention — housing some of the most powerful restorative modalities available today.
During the open house guests were able to experience all of it:
BioMat — far infrared heat and negative ion therapy for deep cellular restoration
HydroMassage Bed — full body hydrotherapy without getting wet
Vibroacoustic Sound Bed — sound frequencies felt through the body at a cellular level
Infrared Sauna — deep detoxifying heat that works from the inside out
Cold Plunge — a powerful nervous system reset through deliberate cold immersion
PEMF Machine — pulsed electromagnetic field therapy for deep relaxation and cellular repair
Chi Machine — passive aerobic movement that oxygenates the body and releases tension along the spine
Each one is powerful on its own. Together they create something I can only describe as a complete restoration ecosystem — for your body, your mind, and your nervous system.
What I Witnessed
Guests moved through the space at their own pace. Some settled into one modality and stayed a long time. Others explored several. All of them arrived curious and left transformed in some quiet, real way.
Britta had experienced the Vibroacoustic Sound Bed before. She told me it helped her "quiet the noise." In a world that asks so much of us, so constantly — I don't think there's a more beautiful thing a space can offer someone.
Rosie looked around at everything — the space, the land, the people — and said simply: "This is an amazing place run by an incredible woman."
I held that one close.
And then there was Cindy.
She stepped off the PEMF machine slowly. Took a breath. Looked at me with the quietest expression and said:
"That gave me a glimpse of heaven."
I didn't say anything. I just smiled. Because I knew exactly what she meant.
Sound Bowls Over the Koi Pond
While guests moved through the wellness center inside, something equally beautiful was happening on the deck outside.
Live sound bowls were being played as guests lounged in the open air overlooking the koi pond. The sound drifted across the water. People sat together, talked softly, breathed slowly, and simply allowed themselves to be exactly where they were.
Nobody was in a hurry to leave.
That's the part that moved me most — watching people find each other in this space. Watching strangers become easy with one another. Watching rest become something people actually let themselves have.
That's what SoulFit is here for.
What This Day Stirred in Me
After the open house I sat quietly with everything I had witnessed.
The reactions. The conversations. The way the afternoon seemed to slow time down for everyone in it. The way people didn't want to go.
And I found myself asking a question I couldn't let go of.
What if this wasn't just an afternoon?
What if people could have this for an entire weekend? Not just the wellness center — but the kitchen too. And the yoga studio. And the fire at night under the Tennessee sky. And whole food meals we prepare together with our own hands. And mornings waking up on 33 acres with nowhere to be but here.
What if everything SoulFit is — the rest, the nourishment, the movement, the community, the restoration — was woven together into one immersive, unhurried weekend experience?
What if we rooted all of it in the Me'fullness philosophy — that gentle, intentional path back to yourself?
That question became a vision. And I've been quietly building it ever since.
The SoulFit Me'fullness Weekend Retreat
I am so excited to share that the first ever SoulFit Me'fullness Weekend Retreat is coming this September.
This will be an intimate 3-day, 2-night immersive experience here at SoulFit — intentionally small, deeply personal, and unlike anything I've offered before.
Guests will spend a full weekend living inside everything SoulFit was built to be:
Mornings beginning with yoga and meditation
Gathering in the SoulFit Kitchen to prepare the beautiful whole food meals we'll share all weekend
Unlimited time in the Wellness Center experiencing every modality at your own pace
Nature walks across 33 acres of Tennessee woodland
Evening connection around the fire
Real rest. Deep restoration. Genuine community.
All of it rooted in Me'fullness — the philosophy at the heart of everything I do here.
I am keeping this first retreat very intimate by design. Space will be extremely limited and I expect it to fill quickly.
If this is calling to you — I'd love to hear from you. Reach out by clicking CONTACT and leave me a message that you are interested in the Me’Fulness Retreat Weekend and I'll be in touch with all the details as soon as they're available.
This is the experience I built SoulFit for. I can't wait to share it with you.
Be Well,
Amy
