We're excited to announce the launch of the official SoulFit YouTube Channel and the premiere of our newest video series:

SoulFit Kitchen.

SoulFit Kitchen was created to bring one of the most important pillars of wellness into everyday life: nourishment.

At SoulFit, we believe wellness is about more than occasional retreats, yoga classes, or moments of self-care. True wellness is something we practice daily through the choices we make, the habits we cultivate, and the way we care for our bodies over time.

Food is one of those practices.

That's why we're so excited to share the very first episode of SoulFit Kitchen.

In this premiere episode, Amy welcomes Retha into the kitchen for a food preparation session inspired by the Mastering Diabetes program. Together, they explore colorful, plant-forward recipes while having an honest conversation about health, wellness, and Retha's 40-year journey living with Type 1 diabetes.
