Slow down. Breathe deeply. Move with intention.
Join Maddy Strauss at SoulFit for a six-week Slow Flow Yoga Series designed to help you reconnect with your body, your breath, and the present moment.
Slow Flow allows a little more time to explore each movement—creating space to build strength, improve flexibility and balance, and become more aware of how your body feels as you move.
Maddy brings decades of yoga practice and nearly 20 years of teaching experience to SoulFit. Her approach is warm, explorative, and accessible, creating a practice where experienced yogis and those stepping onto the mat for the first time can feel equally at home.
Rather than rushing from pose to pose, this class invites you to slow down enough to notice—your breath, your body, and yourself.
Thursdays | October 15 – November 19
5:30–6:30 PM
Single Drop-In — $25
4 drop-in spaces available per class
All levels are welcome. Registration is required.
Maddy Strauss has been practicing yoga since 1999 and teaching since 2007. She received her 200-hour certification in Hot Vinyasa from Jimmy Barkan in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Although hot yoga was her first love, Maddy's experience spans Hatha, Vinyasa, restorative yoga, medical yoga therapy, yoga for breast cancer, and senior yoga.
Her teaching style is fun, explorative, and welcoming, with an emphasis on creating a practice that people at every level can enjoy.
